Built in 2003, the Bexar County-owned AT&T Center was in need upgrades to bring the venue up to current standards. In association with a national firm, CNG Engineering was selected to provide MEP Engineering design services for the renovation and  expansion of the Charter level at the AT&T Center.

The Charter Level experience was completely transformed to create a more expansive and upscale space with a modern flair, while preserving an intimate environment.  The North and South Saddles and Spurs Clubs were expanded and accented by new decor and furnishings, additional bar areas, new food offerings and additional seating areas. The Courtside Suite experience was transformed by re-purposing the Hospitality Suites to create a separate club featuring a new, high-end all-inclusive offering of food, beer and wine for all Spurs games and other select events.
