Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center of Excellence
The 61,800 SF, four-story THCA Center of Excellence provides a dedicated home for one of the nation's top culinary and hospitality programs. Organized around five teaching kitchens and two fully operational commercial labs, the facility offers students real-world experience in a live hospitality setting.
Edinburg, TX
Interdisciplinary Engineering & Academic Studies Building
This three-story, 53,548 SF facility at the heart of the Edinburg Campus blends instructional, research, and collaborative spaces to support cross-disciplinary learning. With 21,000 SF of classroom space — including a 250-seat auditorium, two 150-seat lecture halls, engineering labs, computer labs, and a doctoral seminar room — the building flexes to serve multiple academic programs.

Institute of Neurosciences Building
The 60,000 SF Institute of Neurosciences is a two-phase development designed to advance brain health through integrated clinical care and research. Phase I delivers a 35,000 SF two-story facility with clinical suites, shared clinic research environments, a therapy center, and a high-performance imaging suite featuring MRI and PET/CT capabilities for both diagnostics and research.

Since the early 2000s, CNG Engineering has been a trusted MEP engineering partner for the Alamo Colleges District — the largest community college system in San Antonio and one of the largest in Texas. Across all five district campuses, CNG has delivered academic buildings, science and technology centers, student life facilities, vocational training centers, wellness centers, and campus master plans.
