The Main Building at OLLU experienced a devastating fire in 2008 which completely destroyed the 4th level of the building and created water damage in the other levels of the 4-story building. CNG provided MEP upgrades and renovations for the main building and concurrently worked on the Master Plan for the campus. The multipurpose facility replicates the original 1896 architecture of the building while fulfilling all of the modern campus needs: university classrooms and administration offices.
