The new The 130,000 SF Ronald Earle Office Building accommodates two associated Grand Jury suites, building amenity spaces and ground floor retail space. The 70,000 SF, below grade parking structure accommodates 140 parking spaces. The design implements the intent of Austin's "Great Streets" to improve public right-of-ways with and tree landscaping, benches, bike racks and sidewalk pavers along West 11th Street.
Programmed to serve the space needs through 2035 of the District Attorney's Office, the seven-story, Class A Office Building utilizes chilled beam technology and has been awarded a Austin Energy Green Building three star rating and LEED Silver Certification. Additionally, the building's design incorporates deep vertical sunshades of frosted glass that allow maximum daylight deep into to the office spaces while cutting down glare and reducing heat gain on the glass curtain wall.
